Services are provided strictly based on agreed testing parameters and client requirements.
2. Sample Responsibility
- Clients must provide properly collected and labeled samples.
- Lab is not responsible for errors due to improper sampling by client.
3. Testing & Reporting
- Testing conducted as per applicable standards.
- Reports are valid only for submitted samples and tested parameters.
- Results cannot be generalized beyond tested scope.
4. NABL Accreditation
SPECTRA TESTING LABS is NABL accredited only for parameters listed under approved scope. Accreditation must not be assumed for all services.
5. Use of Reports
Reports are intended for compliance, documentation and informational purposes as per applicable regulations.
6. Turnaround Time
Testing timelines vary based on parameter complexity and sample condition.
7. Payment Terms
Testing and consultancy services are chargeable as per agreed quotations.
8. Limitation of Liability
The laboratory shall not be liable for indirect losses, regulatory decisions, or misuse of reports beyond intended purpose.
9. Consultancy Disclaimer
Consultancy support is advisory and does not guarantee regulatory approvals.
10. Governing Jurisdiction
All disputes shall fall under Faridabad, Haryana jurisdiction.
